BOTHA BOOSTER -- Bingo night is tonight so grab your bingo dabbers and come on out and try out your luck. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and game starts at 7:15 p.m.
This Sunday, Oct. 30, make sure you come out to the Botha Hall at 1:30 p.m. for a great time. The Old Tyme Dance Club will be holding their Masquerade Halloween Dance, so please dress for the occasion if you like. Any age is welcome, so everyone come on out and have some fun. The Country Gentlemen Band will be entertaining that afternoon known to be a fantastic band. Also please bring buns/sandwiches, salads or dessert with you to share at the 5 p.m. luncheon.
Our annual Christmas Market will be held on Saturday, Nov. 5, this year from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Botha Hall. Please keep this date open and come out and support our vendors. Apparently the tables are all booked already so it definitely sounds like it is going to be a great place to start all our Christmas shopping. So make sure you do not miss out.
On Monday, Nov. 7, is the very important Seniors Meeting. So hopefully all seniors can attend. These meetings start at 12 noon with a potluck so please bring out your favourite dishes for all to share. Meeting follows directly after the potluck.
And finally, Halloween night is on Monday evening, Oct. 31, so please watch out for all the Halloween characters running around that evening and drive safely. It is a night for children of all ages, so please let us keep our children safe.
