Cat collars will help save license trouble

Well clearly Mother Nature is a tease, giving us that nice weather only to follow it up with as Winnie the pooh would say “ a very blustery day” or three.

The good news is that the wind seems to be letting up, and the Stettler trade show was another resounding success, it was nice to see so many Botha residents in attendance.

The village has asked that all cat owners put collars on their pets so that they are easier to distinguish from the strays that are wandering around town, we still don’t need to licence. So, please do as they ask, I would hate to see a family pet be mistaken for a stray. Also as a fellow dog owner, please clean up after your pet.

Carpet bowling continues Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. and floor curling Thursdays at 7 p.m. at the Botha Senior Centre.
