Jim and Kathy Groundwater enjoyed a 10-day trip to Ontario and the Maritimes, returning home on June 21.
They flew to Toronto, where they rented a car and toured southern Ontario, spending a few days at Niagara Falls.
Next, they flew to Halifax, where they again rented a car and toured Nova Scotia, Cape Breton and P.E.I. Sounds like a great trip.

We wish Amy and JJ all the best for a long and happy married life.

All participated in the Canada Day parade there with members of the Legion. Bob and Paul are both Korean War Veterans and Cpl. Hunter Maginn is stationed at the Edmonton Garrison military base.
Sympathy is extended to Dwayne Watson and his family on the passing of his father, Gerald (Gerry) Watson, on June 29 in Stettler at the age of 66 years. Gerry and his wife Margaret raised three sons, Dwayne, Jason and Sheldon.
Our thoughts are with Margaret, Dwayne (Angela), Jason (Natalka) and Sheldon (Brooke), the grandchildren and other family members in their sad loss.
Tyson, Kary Lyn, Jace, Boden and Kinsley Keith, along with Dwight, Heather, Callie and Kai Tucker, enjoyed a trip to Toronto. They took in two Blue Jays games, including the Canada Day game.

Humour for the Day —
“Just for the record, a person born in 33 was 45 in 78.” The younger generation won’t get that one.
“One way to find out if you’re old – Fall down in front of a group of people. If they panic and rush to help you up, you are old. If they laugh, you’re young.”
“Marriage is understanding that your partner will spend an hour looking for a movie to watch on Netflix, just to fall asleep 13 minutes into the movie.”
“It is so hard to lose weight when you have an overactive knife and fork.”
