Hi! My name is Rachel. This is my first year of 4-H. I am nine years old and I am the new club reporter for the Byemoor 4-H Beef Club. On Oct. 12 we had our re-organization meeting. We are happy to announce that we have 20 members in our club this year.
We had our weigh day on Nov. 7 at the Yates farm. In honour of 4-H month, all the club members wore green. We held our second meeting of the year after we weighed and nominated our new executives: president - Anton Stewart; vice-president - Allison Yates; treasurer - Kourtney Schilling; secretary - Tyler Stewart; club reporter - Rachel Yates; historian - Jesse Jack; parliamentarian - Conner McCommish; social committee - Hanna Jackson, Gunner Keith, Abby Cordell, Shayla Schilling and Grace Sorenson.
Our club will be selling Christmas trees at Santa Claus day in Byemoor on Dec. 4. Also come and have your kids’ picture taken on Santa’s knee.
