On January 15, the Byemoor 4-H Beef Club had our Christmas Party at the Heisler Recreation Center. First, we had a quick meeting, followed by a gift exchange and then ended the afternoon with some neon bowling.

A great time was had by all!

On February 12 we had our Inter-club Public Speaking and Presentations. For this year, our judges were Karyn Tateson, Aileen Anderson, Les Stulberg, Lorna Schilling, Kayla Somerville, and Dara Hallet.

On February 24, 25, and 26, Cole Charbonneau, Colter Buchwitz, Felix Johnson, Kesler Watts, Brielle Sorensen, and I went to Junior-Winter Camp held at Circle Square Ranch at Halkirk and it was a great experience.

On April 23 we held our club mock achievement day and had an excellent time practising for our show and sale.

On May 6, our club participated in the Highway Cleanup and did the ditches between Endiang and Byemoor. On May 12 we helped the Halkirk Elks cook breakfast for Mother’s Day.

On May 22 and 23 we had our Stettler District 4-H Beef Show and Sale, which had a great turnout.

Our season will wrap on June 23 with our Awards Banquet.
