Keep in mind the Byemoor 4-H Beef Club will be participating in the Stettler District 4-H Beef Show and Sale on May 19 – 20 at the Stettler Agriplex.
Other clubs include Big Valley, Big Knife and Erskine.
The Judging Competition, Cleaver Show and Female Show will be held on Monday, May 19. The Steer Show and Sale goes on May 20. Sale time for the steers is 7 p.m.
Terry Gallant was the guest of honour at an 80th Birthday Party social held at the Endiang Community Hall on May 8, her actual birth date.
Terry was joined by several friends and family members to celebrate the special milestone, including one of her chums from their Endiang school days, Pat Burton of Rimbey (nee Patsy Smith).
The afternoon event was hosted by Terry’s sister Sharon McCrindle and Sharon’s daughter Darlene Webb. Congratulations and best wishes for many more happy occasions, Terry.
Addison Schofer and Tesily Scheerschmidt participated in the Summit Invitational 2025 gymnastics competition held May 1 – 4 at Canmore, AB. The girls did so well and enjoyed the beauty of the mountain backdrop. Congratulations, Addison and Tesily, on your achievements.
Congratulations to Hayden Scheerschmidt on making it into the Top 10 Post-Secondary Welders, giving him the opportunity to compete in the Skills Canada 2025 competition held in Edmonton on May 7 – 8. What a great achievement and experience — congrats on your success, Hayden.
Several Grandmas enjoyed the Grandma’s Day Tea Party and program hosted by the Byemoor School kindergarten class on May 9. The little ones were excited to have their Grandmas visit the school.
All area seniors, mark your calendars for the Senior’s Week Celebration on Tuesday, June 3. A coffee party will be held at the Endmoor Drop-In Centre in Byemoor at 1 p.m., and everyone is welcome.
