Erskine girls and boys played in the CARA tournament over the weekend held in Erskine School and Stettler elementary and middle school gyms.
In the girls’ tournament, Theresetta came in first with Stettler Grade 9s in second. Erskine girls came in fifth. In the boys’ tournament results were Big Valley first and Stettler Grade 9s second.
This month has a lot of holidays for students. First is teachers’ convention on March 4 and 5; then spring break from the 22 to 26.
The men’s and ladies’ bonspiels are just around the corner with the ladies’ starting on March 1 and going through 7. Then the men’s event starts on March 14 and go till 21.
Parent council is on March 9 at the school’s library. All parents are invited to come.
