Botha Booster

It was nice to see some rain this past week, of course not enough but at least it doesn’t feel like we are living in the Sahara any more.
Your kids will be looking for activities, be sure to check out the playground program between July 6 and 17 at the Botha hall, drop-ins are welcome.
The Seniors’ Centre has wrapped up another season of floor curling and carpet bowling as well as military whist; these activities will all resume in September. Tuesday, July 21 will be the next bingo, doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The Botha Community Centre STEP student started this past Monday; we will be concentrating on the painting of the hall exterior if mother nature allows. Also mark Sept. 26 on your calender as we will be hosting a “ Raise the Roof” fundraiser to help with the cost of improvements to the arena.
