The Erskine post office will be automated and connected to the main frame at Canada Post as of August 1.
Erskine rec board will be hosting a drive-in again this fall. They are tossing around the idea of having two movies, one for younger children earlier in the evening and another movie later in the evening. Anyone with great ideas to go along with this can give Mark Higgins or Sherry Marshall a call.
Vacation Bible School was held last week at the Erskine Evangelical Free Church. It was well attended and the children had fun learning and playing.
The Evangelical children’s club will start up this fall for any children or students who would like to attend.
Sports Days are coming up soon. This is for all kids who are 11- 14 years old . There will be outdoor fun including water games, slingshot and much more. It’s only two days and starts on Aug. 4 and ends on Aug 5, from 1 p.m. till 3 p.m. each day. For more information call Pastor Dave at 742-2262 at home or 742-5020 at the Church.
