DONALDA DIARY — The Donalda and District Agricultural Society is holding a battery drive to raise money to repair the leaky roof at the arena. They are accepting all batteries such as car, RV, lawnmower, ATV, tractor, farm equipment, etc. Please place batteries on the designated pallet located by the tractor shed and indoor arena at 1202 Bond Street. The Donalda Library will be holding another Kickin’ Karaoke night from 6-9 p.m. on Sept. 23. Everyone is welcome to attend. For more information please call Naomi at 403-883-2345.

The Sharon Lutheran Church would like to welcome visitors to their service featuring Pastor Rob Lewis on Sept. 25 at 10 a.m. Also, mark your calendars down for Dec. 10, when the Sharon Lutheran Church will host a Christmas banquet and entertainment featuring award-winning author, speaker, and father of three, Phil Callaway.
