It’s going to be a white Christmas this year. I love the blanket of snow that hides the dull yellows and browns of my sleeping yard. It makes everything look beautiful and white.
The Christmas concert held at Erskine School last Thursday was very organized with lots of fun and cute songs and the teachers even got up to sing and entertain again.
The Christmas bake sale was a hit again this year with the parent council raising $485 dollars that will go towards the Legacy for Literacy program and Breakfast Club. Thanks to all who helped with the concert and the bake sale.
The Erskine United Church is celebrating Christmas with a Christmas evening service on Wednesday, Dec. 23 at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The Erskine Curling Club is having a fun “Skin Cash Spiel” on Jan. 2 and 3. To enter your team call Kelly at 742-2463 or Steve at 742- 3824.
