The Erskine 4-H Beef Club is up and running again with 20 members. Our leader is Lyle Bignell, president: Carly Bignell, Vice President: Lowell Van Straten, Treasurer: Drew Bignell, Secretary: Cole Heck, Club Reporter: Rayell Haustein with the assistance of Karlee & Kelsey Konschuh, we also have a bunch of capable Historians.

Our Christmas party is on Jan. 4th, 2015 we are going curling and having a Chinese gift exchange, along with a pot luck supper. We are looking forward to another successful year! We’ll keep you updated to club events.
