The host Thunderstars won the provincial bantam C hockey championship at home Sunday. The eight-team tournament was played at the Daysland and Forestburg arenas.
The Thunderstars whipped Smoky Lake 11-3 after knocking off Hythe in the semifinals, while Smoky Lake topped Okotoks.
