Stettler minor soccer teams have been performing well as the U12 boys beat Sylvan Lake 8-2 in a home game on Monday, June 13.

"The boys started slowly and needed to figure out the new lineup, but once they settled in the boys took control of the game," said coach Steven Wildeboar. "They dominated defensively, not allowing any good solid scoring opportunities."

Wildeboar added that Stettler player Nathan Jeffries shut down Sylvan Lakes' top offensive player not giving him any room to move and lauded the great team effort.
