In loving memory ~

Gayle's beloved Jim passed away peacefully in her arms on November 7, 2023.

Jim lived life to the fullest. He will tell you he tried a lot of sports. Never excelling but nevertheless enjoying them. Fishing, golfing, motorcycling, wood working, hockey, curling, trap shooting, quadding, snowmobiling, radio control airplanes, flew his ultralight. If that wasn't enough he also got highest award at Dale Carnegie and did well at public speaking for Toast Masters. There are trophies we can share.

Jim and Gayle met at CFB Comox 1974 where they were Military Police. He was proud to be in the Military. Also, proud to be a chosen parent of his godchildren and the many who called him uncle.

He worked at Nevis Gas Plant for 36 years. It was his Pride and Joy as all who knew him could attest to.

He will be remembered as a kind and thoughtful, loving man.

Jim is survived by his loving wife Gayle: sisters Marie, Fay; in-laws Faye, Marcia (Forrest) King, Les (Teresa) Walker; godchildren and their families.

Jim is predeceased by parents Anna and Dick Tennant; Shirley and Tom Schaffner; Bill Tennant; Del Wheatley, George Sanders and Gayle's parents Dennis and Jean.
