LEIMERT (MacLean) 1962 - 2008. Donna Suzanne Leimert of Red Deer passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008 at the age of 45 years. She was born on Dec. 2, 1962 at North Sydney, NS. Donna will be fondly remembered for her great sense of humor, her caring personality, her love of country music, playing her guitar, loved having pets, her wonderful cooking and of course her love of food especially “LOBSTER”. She also loved going camping and boating in the summers. She was one of the “Cool Moms” that everyone wished they had. She loved her children very much and told them everyday how proud she was of both of them. Donna is survived by her husband, Kevin Leimert, two daughters, Holly Wood and Marley Wood (Calvin Goddard) all of Red Deer, AB, John Wood of Stettler, AB and step-father and John Sorensen of Flin Flon, MB. She was predeceased by her parents, Gordon MacLean and Donna Sorensen and a brother, Ken MacLean. A memorial service in Donna’s honor will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 35, 2810 Bremner Avenue, Red Deer on Monday, Dec. 1, 2008 at 2 p.m. Cremation entrusted to the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer.
