Police hoping for information in locating a boy missing from Ponoka

UPDATE: RCMP say the missing youth has been located.

RCMP in Ponoka are hoping to locate a boy who has been reported missing.

James Rain, 13, was last seen in Ponoka around 8 p.m. on June 24 and is believed to be in or around the Wetaskiwin area.

Rain is about five foot three inches (160 cm) tall and 155 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

There is no description of what Rain might be wearing.

Anyone that has information on the whereabouts of Rain is urged to contact the Ponoka RCMP detachment at (403) 783-4471. Those wishing to remain anonymous can call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
