Sympathy is extended to the family of Rod Miller of Big Valley who passed away on Jan. 22 at the age of 87.

Rod was a faithful contributor to the Byemoor Fair parade for many years. He would proudly enter his Tub-mobile or the Big Valley Historical Society’s antique truck with the wooden cab.

Many will remember when the Country Diner southwest of Byemoor and Our Home Kitchen in Endiang were open, Rod along with his late wife Ione and their late friend Len Waters were regular patrons at both establishments.
