On Friday, April 28, the Stettler Board of Trade (SBOT) will host their fifth annual women's conference at Stettler Community Hall.

One of the keynote speakers this year will be Suze Casey, an author, radio personality and professional educator who has been teaching about the power of positive thought using her Belief Re-patterning® technique since 1999.

While many motivational speakers teach about the importance of positive thinking, Casey has developed her own methods to put positive thought into action.

Everyone gets that it's important to think positively, but they don't know how,” said Casey.

The Belief Re-patterning system, she explains, is “a proactive way of training your mind to think positively as a habit.”

As one of the sponsors of this event, the Stettler Independent is excited to be bringing Casey to Stettler.
