Happy Easter to all our readers

This coming weekend is Easter, which means another long weekend for most people

BOTHA BOOSTER — This coming weekend is Easter, which means another long weekend for most people. So hopefully the weather will cooperate for everyone that’s travelling. Hopefully the evening of Saturday all the children will be good and go to sleep early, so the Easter bunny can make his/her way around the country dropping Easter treats for everyone. So hopefully everyone has a great Easter weekend. Also please remember to keep the reason for Easter alive and attend one of the Easter services that will be held around the country.

Bingo happens tonight at the Botha Seniors’ Centre starting at 7:15 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and as always, everyone is welcome.

Coffee Hour happens every Wednesday at 10 a.m. and Carpet Bowling is at 1 p.m., so come join in both of these events.

Then every Thursday at 1 p.m. is floor curling time, so come on out and join your friends in a game.

Bring your family out on Easter Monday at 1 p.m. and join your friends at a friendly game of cards. Everyone is invited to join in the fun.

The Village Office meeting for this month is Thursday, April 27 starting at 7 p.m.

Mark this in your calendars and make sure you attend it if you can. More suggestions and input from attendees is always refreshing.

Happy Easter!
